Toolkit in Action
Ask for the outcome. See what happens.
Every job the toolkit handles, in the words someone actually uses to ask for it. Each one names the request that starts it, what it decides, the procedure, the capabilities it uses, what it cannot tell you, and where a person takes over.
Something looks broken
A client says something is wrong.

- The site's been compromised
Injected content confirmed, a host suspension, or a browser warning on the client's domain.
