PASS

A crawl tells you what is true. This decides what is worth doing. Roughly half of all logged crawl triage is a human concluding a finding does not matter — a noindex on a paginated archive is the site working correctly, and the same noindex on a service page is a page removed from Google. Every dismissal below carries its reason, because a dismissal nobody can audit is indistinguishable from a bug.
